SyncraTec Solutions is Now a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Silver Partner
We’ve been there before, they raised the bar, and now we’re back and here to stay
S yncraTec Solutions has today qualified for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Silver Partner Competency. Anyone familiar with the world of Microsoft Partners knows that the requirements to stay in the good graces of the partner program are a moving target. Basically, you need to demonstrate your “competency” in the technology offering you’re marketing to your client customers. Makes sense, right? The requirements include having a number of consultants pass a series of certification exams, a track record of successfully delivering a set volume of product sales, and all-important satisfied customer references.
Some years ago, the requirements were a bit lower than they are now, and SyncraTec was a Silver CRM Partner. Since then, the standard has increased, and though I’d like to think we upped our game also, we didn’t quite meet all of the requirements. In the meantime, we kept up with the technology in other ways, as we achieved Silver Competencies as a Midmarket Solution Provider, and also as a Small and Midmarket Cloud Solution Provider.
In the past few years, SyncraTec has made inroads with a few larger clients and we’ve increased the capacity of our consulting staff. So, now that we’ve got the credentials we’d like to also prove that we have the mettle to deliver on each and every one of the challenging projects we’ll encounter. We thrive on the opportunity to deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and will next be setting our sites on the gold standard for Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting partners in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
