SyncraTec and Select Partners to Present Timely Tech Topics in Bi-Weekly Live Events

The Business Technology Webinar Series will focus on driving sales productivity, enabling business growth, and improving customer service with affordable business technology solutions for small and midsized businesses.

Businesses looking to improve their overall operational effectiveness are oftentimes hamstrung by limiting tools that make everyday processes inefficient, cause a general sense of frustration, lead to missed opportunities, and result in lack of growth.  Over the past twelve years, SyncraTec Solutions has helped numerous clients address such problems, and we’ll be presenting today’s best business technology to address some common hurdles.

Not all companies have the luxury of having an IT department staffed with experts across-the-board in areas such as “the cloud,” Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data quality, email, networking, portals, security, and web sites.  We can quickly become overwhelmed with the buzz words and lingo of technology leading to frustration of a different sort.  Our mission is to assist businesses, even those with capable IT departments, to overcome the challenges of implementing the business technologies they need without the headaches of figuring it out yourself.  We’ll be sharing our experiences setting up systems that just work, by helping our client companies achieve their business objectives with the right tools for their respective workplace.

In fact, we recognize that we don’t have all the answers either.  For that reason we’ve invited several of our trusted technology partners to also participate in the presentation series.  We plan on kicking off the series with a live in-person event from the King of Prussia Microsoft Store on Friday, April 8th at 9:00 a.m.

Our initial session will focus on “A Day in the Life” of sales and customer service professionals taking advange of modern business technologies to work more efficiently.  This will be an interactive presentation with attendees having the opportunity to take part in playing a role in the sales and customer service scenarios.

Our sales scenarios will cover:

  • Sales Analytics

The Customer Service demo will include:

  • Customer Self-Service Portal
  • Call Center Customer Service
  • Field Service

Future Webinar Demos in our BTWS will be every other week, typically on Fridays at noon.  All the sessions will be live and interactive; and we’ll continue to have occasional live in-person events as well.
